This place is my favorite place to be let alone gym! Dee the Owner is a true Trailblazer!!!! She's providing a unique gym experience that no other gym in Georgia I have been to has created. A beautiful community, she's experienced and her vision to build during chaos is to be commended! I am so happy to have found this gym. I fell away from the gym and my social anxiety got heavy but I missed the gym . Thank you Dee for getting this shy old lady back lifting. You are truly an 😇 angel. Good vibes here only, Hard work!

This gym which is a black woman owned business has what you need to get fit! The owner is friendly and helpful in getting you in the best shape of your life!
I feel I am a very shy person, and after returning to the gym the lady at the front desk was not only kind to be but gave amazing advice that made my leg day 10 times better! They are knowledgeable and know there physiology strongly recommend.
