I hv has scoliosis nice 12 and 60 now. The doctors told me I'd be in a wheel chair a thirty. My wonderful therapist I was going to for years told me to check out this program and gave me the information. Looking outside the box, i called and the owner called me back to explain the thought process he found because his son has scoliosis. I am so thankful for Body Gears! I worked with Esther Kim after sustaining an ankle injury. Not only did she help me fully recover, I have so many skills and exercises to take with me that will allow me to continue to get stronger, work correctly within my own anatomy, and help prevent future injury. As a dancer, I couldn't ask for more! I always felt very cared for at Body Gears and will miss the people as well!
