I won’t be coming back. I went for a remedial massage (which was average), while booking they said she worked with bupa, but then when trying to claim it didn’t work because she wasn’t registered. They promised to send the invoice so I’d claim with Bupa directly but they didn’t. I called 2 times to request the invoice but they never sent it. They should not say you can claim it if in fact they are not sure or at least let you pay in advance so you know for sure if it’s covered or not.
I am very glad I went, Emma was amazing and talked me through everything, am a bit sore today but that's to be expected
Abusive and and disgraceful behavior on the road. Hate to think how she treats her customers.
With how they drive on the road so angrily and stressful is hate to see how the rest of business is
