My experience was horrible and I do not believe I got the full service I paid for.
Great experience with Lucy!! Beautiful, elegant office and medical center. Regarding the other reviews; we need to remember that small businesses and people in our community are struggling deeply with affects of Covid, and this is the time to extend extra kindness and grace. I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the Body Focus Spa, was treated very well, and look forward to making this “my place” for medical spa treatments.
Was hoping my first facial treatment would be relaxing & enjoyable but Lucy at Body Focus Medical Spa made my experience very unpleasant. First when she walked in the room she didn’t care to explain the Microdermabrasion Process. She was very unpleasant and wanted to know why my appointment was booked on Groupon because she would only be making about $15.00 for my appointment and next time I better book directly.
