I love this place..
Really good place to get your pump, the trainers are very knowledgeable and they train you hard. Expect to get a good workout and to push yourself.
My personal experience at BFF gym was very home like. From the owner, walking around offering towels to wipe off my sweat , To the equipment. LADIES AND MEN, if you're looking for leg day machines, you have hit the jack pot. Everything you need to build legs is there!!! The gym was extremely clean! Which is a big deal to me!
