Love this gym!
I loved the commitment, enthusiasm and skills of the owners & clientele so much that I decided to join the team as a Coach! The programming is thoughtful and it works--progressive overload throughout the training blocks has helped me to be in the best shape ever (age 51, cancer free) and helping my peers achieve their goals is a dream to witness. Stronger together!
This is addictive! Come once for a free introduction class and see for yourself ! In 4 months I have become stronger than I ever have been. And the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming! Love love love it!
BFT is the only workout I have come back to again and again. Every class is different and each one provides a great workout. These classes have brought me from never lifting weights, to noticeable differences in how I look and how I perform in other sports.
