Brutal! Effective! Inspired to come back for more!! Sunday's Hyrox training was hard but rewarding.
Tried out BFT River Oaks while I was in town and loved it! The coaches (Jon and Reason that night) gave great cues to make sure we weren’t getting injured and that we were hitting the right muscles and were extremely encouraging and fun. The facility is nice and kept up really well. I love BFT programming and the community you build going to group personal training is the best!
I purchased a class pack. Shortly after that purchase, I had an injury that prevented me from doing these exercises, they were completely inflexible. I wouldn’t recommend supporting this franchise in the USA.
