It's got everything you need for total wellness!! They also have personal trainers who are fantastic. Connie, Doug, and Steve are great. Love and miss that gym.

Doug gave me freedom from pain to do the things I love to do! He was able to provide exercises to reduce/eliminate my knee pain. I can not thank him enough!

I cannot say enough about the amazing massage therapist they have at Body First. I started over a year ago with Tracy, and she was amazing from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left, she is such a great therapist and gives amazing massages. She went on maternity leave and I began using Jessica and can I just say WOW! This girl knows her stuff and she had gotten my sciatic pain from a 10++++ to a 0. Just got tore up and destroyed in a good way from Ariel. I needed it. She's great!! She knows how to strip and separate my muscles to get me ready for my competition in a few days. I learn something new every time with her. Best in town and will comeback in a month. Thanks!!
