I would say this place, is the BEST. I wanted my industrial done for my 18th birthday. I was so nervous! I was first recommended to river rat tattoos, and I wish I wasn't. That place is disgusting, the workers were SO rude, they had a bird in the middle of the store, not well kept and a salt water fish tank that looked like it wasn't taken care of in months! the place smelt so bad, and completely unorganized.
