Amazing Gyrotonic class! ✨ • It was my first time trying a Gyrotonic tower class, and it was both challenging and fun. • Julia was patient and attentive, helping adjust our posture and refine our movements. • The facility was a bit tricky to find at first — there’s a door between establishments, and you head upstairs. • Clean space with functional toilets and a bathroom for changing. Such a great first experience — definitely coming back!
Maybe it was the instructor I had, but she had a delay in starting the class, was unable to clearly explain moves, and overreacted when people were getting off the machine—she basically yelled that they were going to get hurt when it was clearly not the case. Atmosphere is unwelcoming and judgy. There are 4 other options on this block alone. Go somewhere that you're appreciated and encouraged, not just a dollar. Also agree with an earlier review that because of the instructor factory BE has become, the pilates taught here does not target the core as it should. Not enough attention to form and detail. Further, the website is challenging to navigate and bookings hard to find.
