4 PM Instructor on Monday very bad at giving instruction. Cleary can't do a demo or Refuses to do a demo honestly convinced she couldn't do the demo. The entire class was stuck as nobody understood the instruction and no demo. She said as I quote "I'm speaking English all of you understand me". 1000% bad vibes.
The best instructor teaches here her name is Cassie Washington, yes she is young but she knows form and is a expert with traditional reformer pilates . I have followed her for years through out the city
Been doing Pilates Tower + Gyrotonics at BE lately — so good. Clean space, professional team.
I participate in Gyrotonics Tower classes (Alexis is the BEST) as well as Pilates Reformer classes at BE. Whichever your flavor, I can recommend both. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.
I purchased a pack of 3 private classes, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. On two separate occasions, my appointments were confirmed, but when I arrived at the studio, my instructor was not there because the administrator, Gloria, had forgotten to schedule the sessions.
