Fawad is a great coach and creates a genuine bond with each of his clients. He is very professional and does his best to push you and modify exercises to accommodate your needs. His classes keep me consistent and accountable! He makes exercising fun and easy to book through the MindBody app. Happily recommend !
Fawad has everything you’d want in a coach and trainer, he’s knowledgeable, motivational and keeps it fun. The community that he’s built at B.E. Is really unlike any other gym community I’ve been a part of. Everyone really cares and looks out for each other. Couldn’t recommend enough!
This place is great if you are serious about getting into shape. Although it's a group class, he works with each of us, tailoring the workouts to our physical limitations. What you learn in his class will give you the knowledge to workout wherever you are. But his positive pushing will get you to a level you would imagine. The class is a mix of 20 somethings to retirees, men and women (some pregant), and people of all levels of fitness. You will be amazed if you are serious about being the best you can be.
