Fawad has everything you’d want in a coach and trainer, he’s knowledgeable, motivational and keeps it fun. The community that he’s built at B.E. Is really unlike any other gym community I’ve been a part of. Everyone really cares and looks out for each other. Couldn’t recommend enough!
This place is great if you are serious about getting into shape. Although it's a group class, he works with each of us, tailoring the workouts to our physical limitations. What you learn in his class will give you the knowledge to workout wherever you are. But his positive pushing will get you to a level you would imagine. The class is a mix of 20 somethings to retirees, men and women (some pregant), and people of all levels of fitness. You will be amazed if you are serious about being the best you can be.
Updated 1/3/25 Fawad and body evolution is the best. I've been with Fawad over 11 years. He gives you his best, and keeps you accountable. I know I'm stronger and healthier because of his input. I also appreciate that he really knows what you're capable, even though I only go regularly a few days a week. Sometime in 2021 I have been with Fawad for 5+ years, and he has never compromised the quality of training he gives his clients.
