Great gym staff and great owners, we love that they are show appreciation to our military, students, and moms with kids! They have small childcare area which is really nice. Body Evolution is like family to us.
Body Evolution is an amazing gym. The equipment is all top tier and the staff are super helpful. Matt and all the other trainers are always happy to help with any workout or answer any questions. The depth of knowledge at BE is a huge resource. Whether you need help with injury recovery or prevention, nutrition, mobility, or training for a specific sport or event, there is a trainer to fit your needs. Highly recommend!
Best gym I have been a member of, would highly recommend. In the age of tik tok influencer gyms body evolution is a breath of fresh air. Welcoming and courteous staff, members that are serious about fitness. If you live in Columbus and care about getting stronger, this is the gym for you.
