I had the most atrocious customer service experience at Body Essence Medispa that I've ever had at a company in my life. Upon arrival for my consultation, I asked them to tell me the amount on my two Body Essence gift cards. I was told that the cards were "old" and expired after 1 year and thus could not be used anymore. The cards had NO expiration date or date of purchase on them.
