Shaliesha was amazing. Very hands on and knowledgeable. She was also very caring which goes a long way.

I really can't say enough about Shae she is a great fitness trainer great personality when I think I can't she tell me you can do it Mrs.Kim she really have pushed me and the result are amazing she's passionate about her job. She's going to get the result you want. And I'm sticking with her.
I have tried exercise and diets but this time, I feel a shift. Shae's knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and the spirit has given me everything I needed to push past any road blocks. Her products are a added bonus for our bodies. Above all, her dedication to see us reach our goals has been paramount with her inspiration and motivation!
I must admit I was a bit apprehensive joining the 5 am Bootcamp. Nothing personal just my own insecurities. Mainly because I had gained so much weight and to be honest i was just being lazy.
