Great experience at Body Energy Club South Surrey! Amir was super helpful and knowledgeable and offered me their creatine gummies to try — they were amazing! I’ve been telling everyone about them since. I really appreciate when staff actually know the products they’re recommending and take the time to help you find something that fits what you’re looking for. Definitely recommend this location!
The smoothies are delicious! They have tons of vegan options, plus plenty of snacks to choose from. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something tasty and vegan-friendly!

One of the best Body Energy Club locations I’ve been to in greater Vancouver! The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the store is always clean and well maintained. I recently tried their new beef protein, and I’m honestly impressed. Getting enough protein from food alone can be difficult, especially when you’re working out. It tastes great, is super easy to digest, and mixes incredibly well in both water and milk.I haven’t had a protein like this in a long time!
