The Pilates and Gyrotonic classes at Body Energetics have changed my body in so many important ways. I have much more strength and flexibility and my posture has definitely improved. I have been working out with Susan for years using the original Pilates method and feel that my body and mind are aging gracefully. She has helped me work through some physical injuries and modified my routine to accommodate and help heal myself. I highly recommend joining one of her classes to feel the results for yourself.

I have been working with Susan for several years now, and find her dedication, professionalism, knowledge and warmth addictive ! I miss the periods when I haven't been able to work with her.. She is mindful about modifications for our "issues" as we age and gives us so much more than a technique.. a thoroughly caring holistic approach!
