I am reviewing Deborah G (a therapist there) and not the entire facility although I have heard good things about all of the PT staff from friends who are in the medial field. I have quite a few medical issues to include more than 3 separate neurological disorders and after 15 years of specialists and multiple PTs she has fixed me more with a very gentle touch (and therapy style I had never heard of). Great massage. Classes are good. Experienced and professional staff.
If you have any physical therapy or group fitness class or counseling needs I highly suggest BDI! I’ve been a client there for chunks of time over the last twenty years and have been taken care of so well by the physical therapists, trainers, massage therapists, and counselor. BDI holds a special place in my heart and I’m so thankful to have found it when I needed healing from various injuries!
I absolutely love Body Dynamics and would recommend them to anyone looking to get stronger. I started seeing Ashley for personal training when I was struggling with back pain. Once a week sessions for a year and a half had me feeling absolutely incredible. She uses functional movements in my training that made me feel more strong and capable when playing with and lifting my kids.
