Terrific place for exercise, Bulli. All staff fully experienced & professional, whilst friendly & sociable. Many times available when not too busy. Decently priced for good equipment with a very clean location. Parking out back ! BTW, I've lost 5kgs & regained balance

I can’t speak highly enough about the positive impact Body Dynamics Illawarra has had on my life. From the very first consultation with Heidi, she and her team have provided me with an ongoing, nuanced exercise program which has significantly improved my physical movement and most definitely my feeling of well-being.
