The most hardcore gym I've been too. Hard to find a hidden gem like this. This is about as wild as it could get, a real man beast gym. The owner, John, is an incredible human being. We talk about the gym and the history behind it, very interesting to know about it. If you're into extreme hardcore gyms, well, this is clone similar to the Arlington Metroflex. When booking a trip to NOLA, finding a good gym is always a must. Body Docs is an old school, hardcore gym housing any equipment needed for a great workout. This family owned gym was definitely built for iron enthusiasts. I recommend those looking for a good sweat and metal weights to head over!
