A year ago I guess I wrote "Always provides the 5 star service" Obviously I was wrong because they filed for bankruptcy and closed all the doors, leaving all of us who have invested $$$$ into this with no answers. What a horrible thing to do :( Now I have an unfinished treatment that was supposed to be lifetime that will never be completed, despite the fact it was almost entirely paid for. I maybe had $100 left to pay.
I was going to the west palm beach location for a tattoo removal that I was paying for in payments. I eventually found out that they were going bankrupt from looking at the reviews. I ended up calling the company that I was doing the payments with and I was able to receive a partial refund. A partial refund is better than still having to continue paying the total. 🤷🏻♀️
I paid in full as well and apparently they are bankrupt. I am going to look into a lawyer. I saw a comment about a class action. Please reach out if that goes through and I'll do the same.
I paid in full two years ago for treatment, and now they’ve closed all the locations near me. I’ve been reading reviews, and it seems they’re bankrupt. I never finished my treatment, and when I reached out via email (last year), their rep told, she me that because I started the treatment, they can’t refund me. But why am I still paying for something I can’t even use anymore? If anyone knows what can be done in this situation, please let me know.
I paid in full like 2 years ago and now the close all the locations near me and I'm looking at the reviews and they said they ate bankrupt. I never finish my treatment and went I email them their rep said that isnce I started the treatment they can't refund me but why I'm paying for something I can't use anymore. If someone knows what we can do please let me know.
