Alissa has a wonderful style of teaching. Her classes are small so you always get personal attention. She makes sure you're feeling what you're supposed to where you're supposed to so you get the full benefit of the workout. She's amazingly cheerful and keeps us smiling even when it isn't easy. And the best part, after a few months of her classes, I can tell I'm stronger and have lost inches!
