I started coming to this class about five years ago. I was new to the neighborhood and seriously needed to do something about my weight. I was completely terrified because I've never taken a class before, let alone cardio kickboxing. Jo-mara (owner) and her instructors made me feel very welcomed and comfortable by constantly motivating me and showing me modifications if I couldn't do something. Awesome environment, great instructors, great members. No clicks just good vibes and like minded people motivating each other to better themselves. I also never seen this Watson person here to claim what she claimed. Been here for four years never had issues, oh but she is a personal trainer so maybe jealousy on her part! You want a great place to train with good vibes and no bad juju this is the place. No secrets, no magic wands just hard work and dedication.
