I had my nose pierced here and took that out before it healed but I just informed them and they helped me all through that recommended me to give time and gave me piercing for the second time they were very supportive and polite . I just got both of my rooks pierced with Shae and she was incredible! I was extremely nervous as it was my first “advanced” cartilage piercing, but her energy was so positive and reassuring. I barely even felt my first rook as she was so quick and precise, and the second was just as fast. The piercings are so even on both ears and she talked me through aftercare and made me feel so welcome and comforted.
