We offer personal training, nutrition plans, supplements, tanning and swag! This gym is amazing. I absolutely love it. I stopped by today just to check it out- and ended up getting a day pass and stayed for two hours. By the end of my session, I was hooked and bought a monthly membership. I was a little nervous going in by myself as I'm a tiny(ish) lady that hasn't lifted in over a year, but I was put at ease immediately when I walked in. Pretty solid gym, great location, plenty of parking, amazing atmosphere, super friendly staff, and great hours/price. If you forgot your headphones, no worries! This place is bumping good vibes throughout the day. Definitely has everything you’d want in a gym to stay in shape or progress. Also gives me a hardcore home gym vibe.
Good price ($10 day pass), tonnes of heavy weights and old (but gold) machines. Even has a shower. And as others have said, good playlist as well. Highly recommend. I have a video tour of the gym on my YT @a_true_menace (Video 007)
