They owed me $3000 in services; they took my money and closed their doors. My money helped buy the owners a new truck with every bells and whistles money can buy.

I bought packages for Cryotherapy facials AND Cool Sculpt. I heard they left in the middle of the night to avoid detection! Now I’m out THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I should have listened to my gut… what a bunch of SCAMMERS! Karma will catch up to them. In the meantime this really sucks to be out thousands of dollars!
I bought a package for 6 facials. I only received 2 of them and now am unable to reach anyone. I am out $400 less ones learned on my part.
Extremely disappointing! I spent a lot of money on treatments for which initially (between Oct 2024- January 2025) everything was great. However, following that, things became flaky. I was stood up many times for appointments, heard a lot of apologies, was lied to, and finally they (twin sisters Kim and Veronica) packed up and left their business without refunding my money (and likely many others’ money).
