This company has been the Body Corporate for my complex since I bought my unit in 1999. I highly reccomend them. They are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. For 24 years that I have owned my unit we have had the same Body Corporate Manager, Naomi Bender. She owns the company. I recommend them.
We have known Naomi for many, many years so it was with a great relief to discover 3 years ago that we had bought a unit in a 45 unit scheme for which she is the BC manager. How lucky were we. The building is 40+ years old, Naomi has guided us through some extensive maintenance works, with more in the pipeline, so we are so grateful for her expertise. Thank you Naomi and team.
