Heaven provides an excellent experience from start to finish. She creates a comfortable environment, explains every step, offers affordable pricing, and is always punctual. She’s also very accommodating with scheduling to help you achieve your goals. One of the best self-care investments you can make.
I like getting a variety of treatments on my face. It’s always scary going to a new place, especially when I have super duper sensitive skin. Not here. They use great products. My skin always looks great when I leave, not red and irritated, a little pink but settles after about 45 minutes. I even leave the products on until the next morning. I’ve never done that. I felt so comfortable during the last couple months of my body shaping experience. Heaven is amazing and makes each appointment feel relaxing and fun. Shes also super informative and doesn't make me feel pressured. Jaylee has also been great and makes the whole experience easy/ carefree! Absolutely love this place! They are so kind and genuinely want to help in any way they can when it comes to facial needs. I have incredibly bad acne and Jaylee has helped so much in reassurance and truly getting to the root cause to help my face chill out! Highly recommend, great customer service, great service, all around 5 out 5 stars!
Mandy and her team are AMAZING! I have been going to this Spa for years and have never been disappointed. From facials to body treatments....I have been so happy with them ALL. Best spa in CT by FAR.
