I've been working out at Body Confidence for a few months and it is has the best community! Every time you step through the doors, you are welcomed by smiling faces of both the trainer and everyone in the gym. Rio (owner) and the team provide such a positive culture and always make the sessions fun - you always leave feeling good after your workout and with a smile on your face.

Awesome gym in my local area. Everyone is friendly and really cares about each other and there's a good range of classes. Rio and all the trainers create great workouts that can cater for all abilities. Highly recommend!

During 2020 & Covid i was looking for a new gym and thought i would try a few different ones. Body Confidence was the first gym i tried and i never left to try another one. From the moment i walked in i felt welcome and it was a lovely atmosphere. Rio and all the trainers have been amazing and always look out for everybody's health and well being. Its a great little community. Some great friendships have formed and everyone always encourages each other. It's the perfect little gym with a big variety of classes.
