Body Concepts is an amazing place ..... a great "DAY SPA" that offers an array of services, like no other in our area! Every time I leave there, I feel so much better than when I arrived ... relaxed, refreshed, grounded & calm. I discovered Body Concepts a few years ago & have experienced (& loved) most of the services they offer. The STAFF is friendly, efficient, hard working, flexible & knowledgeable.. If you "aren't familiar or have never been", do yourself a favor & give it a try!
Great variety of services at very fair prices. I love the Hot Yoga & Sauna Pods so much. Friendly staff & service!
