Bad customer service and product is ok. Ordered a nail pen and at checkout it said i would get one free but only recieved one. When I reached out to the company they let me know the promo code was only for orders with a certain minimum spend so there must have been a glitch. I provided proof that the 2 nail pens were in my cart at checkout and that is why I had made the purchase. They then stopped responding to my emails. I have been using the nail serum for over a month. I have worn acrylic nails all my life. My nails are now getting longer and stronger once the filed part of my nail grew out. I can't wait to see them in another month.
Less than a month using the nail serum and what a difference! My toenails have suffered trauma from early years playing sport and working in steel cap boots and they struggle grow and were incredibly weak. I wish I took a before to show the difference but honestly worth the money and the variety of fragrances is amazing. The customer service team (I dealt with Erin) were really lovely when a product I ordered was out of stock (due to high demand). Great product, great brand, highly recommend.
I'm still waiting for my delivery! 48 hours was the suggested waiting time for delivery BUT not delivered yet. Hopefully tomorrow morning, which will be 62 hours since ordering (with a Saturday & Sunday in between & not included in the time frame I mentioned)!
Back to the best — because nothing beats Body Collective! I took a little break from Body Collective (I know, I know — what was I thinking?!) when I decided to get acrylics. Big mistake.
