Physical Trainer Lindsay did a great job for me. I went for Physical Therapy because my shoulders got a little banged up from a fall and it affected my golf swing among other things. After a couple of weeks and some home exercises she gave me, my shoulders are almost back to normal and I am even hitting the golf ball a little further. Physical Trainer Talmadge and Ron were a great help also. Overall BodyCentral a Great Physical Training Choice. I have to rate them a five star. Jerry Kaphing
