If you are in chronic pain, I strongly recommend the Body Center in helping anyone to learn about their body with end goal of living without pain avoiding unnecessary surgeries. Adam is absolutely wonderful. He listens and uses his extensive knowledge of the body to fix body misalignment and pain issues. It is with great pleasure that I write this review of Body Center St Pete. I first discovered the studio when I woke up and suddenly couldn’t turn or tilt my head. After 5 months of visits to chiropractors, physical therapists and more, the team at Body Center saved me. Shila, Alyson and Heidi all worked together to come up with a game plan that consisted of Pilates alignment sessions, structural massages and at-home guidance to continue the progress. Body Center St. Pete has truly become my second home over the past four years! Heidi and Shila are absolutely amazing, and today I had the pleasure of working with a new structural therapist, Adam. After a car accident eight years ago, I’ve struggled with chronic neck issues and a constantly tight right trap. I had come to accept it as my “normal”—until today. Adam was incredible. He healed my back pain in one session! Pleasure to work with as well. Great communicator.
Wonderful session with Adam last week. He was very skilled at understanding my problem and the results were awesome. As a bodyworker myself, I am always recommending my spa clients go to the Body Center for structural work, massage is not enough to correct the deeper issues. Brunella is also amazing and I am sure every therapist that works there is very skilled at helping you move towards greater balance and being pain free.
