Rick Ruether is a narcissist who couldn’t be bothered to show up at my brother (his oldest son)’s funeral, & is enabled by his current wife, Maureen, who he takes on trips around the world, even though he never bothered to take his own kids to the park, or even meet his grandchildren
Rick is an amazing fitness and nutrition coach! I cannot say enough good things about him. He has a lot of knowledge and experience and did a great job customizing a diet and fitness plan for me! I really appreciated that he pushed me hard without ever pushing me to jeopardize my health. He also emphasized long-term fitness. I highly recommend Rick for contest prep and for basic fitness and nutrition!
