Went to get some advice an old piercing that wasn't properly aligned. Representative was patient & knowledgeable on what needed to be done to undo what had been done incorrectly by another piercing facility. She took her time helping me find & puck the right cartilage piece and showed me another beautiful piece for my tragus. She checked several times to ensure the spacing & placement of my piercings on both ears were exactly where they needed to be. All I can say is... Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
