After 1 appointment I was notified they didnt have a therapist that could make my appointments the following week. I asked for a refund due them cancelling my appointments and they said no. I understand if I were to cancel my appointment = but their staffing issues created the issue - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was treated for only 1/3 of my treatments, they did not divulge that the laser was not working properly but continued the treatments just the same. The contracts were changed and instead of a dozen body treatments they changed it to each body part at one treatments and canceled the rest of my treatments. They refused to help me and the therapist that treated me left that clinic due to what can only be considered fraudulent practices. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE DUE TO THE DECEPTION THEY PRACTICE.

Awful! Awful! The sessions are horrible and the therapists too. I bought a 6 session package but could only able to use 4. They always canceled my sessions or rescheduled-- no consistency. No results The clinic was run by poor management and NOT professional. Avoid this place by all means!
