It’s a real privilege to work with George, we set and accomplished our 3 month goal and with his guidance are shooting for higher heights more so. George is a great motivator, role model and a wealth of knowledge, look forward to working out with him more.
I was hesitant to hire someone to help me get into shape for a trip of a lifetime as I am older. George is not just a trainer but an exercise physiologist so he understands my back condition and wrote a plan for me to avoid back injury and pain. The gym is basic and has people there of all ages and conditions. I feel at home there and am very pleased with my program. George is VERY affordable compared to others who train. I highly recommend him no matter your age or health conditions. It’s never too late to get into shape.
George is freaking awesome man, I haven't hit the gym but everytime he comes into my store he gives off the best energy and even gives me advice to take care of myself all and all a great guy and one day I hope to be a part of what he's building

This guy's awesome. I had my first PT session today. He's actually helping me. You can tell he cares, and that's hard to find these days. I can already tell that down the road, I will truly owe this man much more than what I will be paying him.
