I can’t imagine a better studio to try out boxing with than this place. I have done classes mainly with Ro and he’s so dedicated to the growth of every person who walks through the door. He goes at your pace but pushes/challenges you as well. They’ve also fostered such a good community at this studio. People cheer you on and are so supportive! All this AND THE PLACE IS CLEAN. Try this place out. I promise you—you’ll come back!

Bernadette is a beast—in the best way! She’s such an incredible trainer. She’s warm, approachable, and always makes you feel comfortable while still pushing you past your limits. Her workouts are fun, motivating, and thoughtfully structured. I always leave feeling stronger. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer who truly cares! and knows how to get the best out of you!
