Great training style!
Rohan is amazing! Very encouraging to his clients and has an infectious positive vibe. Great little gym that has everything you need for your workout. Good for Youth Sports teams and anyone else who needs a workout.

I can’t imagine a better studio to try out boxing with than this place. I have done classes mainly with Ro and he’s so dedicated to the growth of every person who walks through the door. He goes at your pace but pushes/challenges you as well. They’ve also fostered such a good community at this studio. People cheer you on and are so supportive! All this AND THE PLACE IS CLEAN. Try this place out. I promise you—you’ll come back!
