It doesn't get better than this. Vibe is fun and positive, workout buddies are supportive, and the music always hits right. I appreciate how every workout is different, and always modifiable from novice to expert. My kids tag along and get to see how fun fitness can be. This is the only workout I've ever consistently looked forward to. Chop is simply the best around. Edit: Three years later and I'm in the best shape of my life - this gym is my happy place!
The workouts and energy are next level at Body by Chop. We chose Chop because he was the only gym that openly welcomed my 9yo (and now whole family) and we are so happy to be part of it! I highly recommend!
