Brii and her team are absolutely the best trainers. They offer a variety of class and it makes working out fun. I will tell you two weeks ago I was terrified/intimidated to walk into a gym. Thankfully I reached out to a friend who recommended body By Brii and the best part is it’s an all female gym! Everyone is so encouraging and this is an exceptional community full of women who support each other. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable and have always been SUPPORTED!

I am beyond thrilled to be part of Body by Brii’s gym! Brii is an exceptional trainer who pays close attention to detail and genuinely cares about her clients’ progress. As someone from Brazil, I’ve never once felt like an outsider—this gym has such a welcoming and inclusive environment. I also love that it’s a space for women only, which creates a sense of safety and comfort, allowing us to focus on our goals without feeling self-conscious. I’m so grateful to have found a place where I feel supported and empowered!

I love this gym! Brii is absolutely amazing - she is so encouraging and helpful. She makes us work hard! I love the comfort and safety her gym provides by being female only. I'm so glad I joined.
