I came in to see Barb for Sciatic discomfort that I’ve had for at least 6 years. She quickly identified the problems and I am on the mend. I came in with nerve impingement causing numbness in my hands and arms (at 37!), and after just three sessions, I’ve already noticed about a 50% improvement. Barbara gives a great massage! To begin, she assessed issue areas and devised a massage strategy in advance, targeting underlying tension causing pain. Next, I was able to "choose my own adventure," so to speak. Barbara assessed my levels of comfort and social interaction preference, and graciously accommodated my many, many questions.
