It's a wonderful women's gym! Caring staff that goes out of their way to make sure you are doing well. Check it out!!
I have not worked out here but rented the hall. The hall is tiny and was $200 when we rented it. The owner told us the day of the event to not put tape or thumbtacks in the wall. The thumbtacks is understandable, but having an event there, you want to use tape to hang things up for decor. We purchased several decorations in which we couldn't hang up so the event was bare. Attended a bridal shower in their event room. Very nice place.
Great place to work out and make life long friends. The owner John has wonderful Cardio dance classes and Tai Chi
