The classes at Brain and Body Wellness are very unique - combining tai chi, yoga and meditation. I really enjoyed ending the classes with meditation I also did several private classes with Geum and I found them very helpful. She uses a variety of techniques including energy healing, chakra work, stretching, lifestyle training, exercises and meditation.
