Since I started coming here, waking up and exercising in the morning has become something I genuinely look forward to. Training in a clean, beautiful space has become my daily energy boost. I’ve been taking classes at Body Boost since 2022, after randomly signing up for a class just bc the studio looked super clean :) and I’m so glad I did! Now I can’t imagine my days without it. I usually get bored with the same workouts or instructors, but not here. The variety of cardio, strength, yoga, and pilates keeps things fresh and exciting.
