I had a fantastic massage from Paula this week. She listened to my needs, went over the plan and was so thoughtful and attentive with every detail. I was immediately comfortable and at ease. She has an intuitive touch and the techniques were effective while still being relaxing (pace and pressure were spot on). The space is lovely. Best massages in the south shore. Cindy or Dominique for neuromuscular are absolutely amazing. They have really helped with my injury recovery and therapy.
I just got the best massage I’ve ever experienced. I sometimes get headaches caused by the tension that I carry in my neck, upper back and shoulders. Today was one of those days. Dominique gave me a very gentle massage, with just the right amount of pressure to make it relaxing at the same time than effective. The massages that I experienced before were either too painful which made it impossible to relax, or too soft that I thought I wasn’t getting anything out of it.
