Excellent morning exp. the bath, but most of all the Body scrub, A must at least once a year....you feel the difference when you touch your skin- enjoy!
The waters were very relaxing, the building is very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Overall it was a good experience; however, there are a couple fairly significant privacy issues: - there's no private changing area. If someone is uncomfortable changing in front of others, there's nowhere they can go to change in private. - the bathroom stalls (and shower stalls) have frosted glass that does not sufficiently impede your view. My daughter and I have "taken the waters" twice now and both times have been absolutely wonderful! It is a very calm, professional and pampering environment. Every detail has been thought through and we always leave feeling amazing. I think we will make this a yearly tradition!
