I loved the waters. Scrub was really nice. The massage just felt like I paid someone to just trickle me. I as hoping for a massage since my neck has been super tense and back. I emailed them about it. They asked a question and dispersed. I guess they think $215 for tickles is reasonable to charge spa goers Update they did reach out to me and try to resolve
We had a lovely experience at this location. While it’s smaller than the East location, it still has all the same amenities in a better layout (in my opinion). The staff are excellent, very polite and helpful at all times. The facilities were great. No complaints at all. We will definitely be back!
