I am making this review for my wife who is not the type of person to go out of her way to make a negative review. On the other hand, I am the type of person to leave a negative review, especially when I or someone I know receives bad service. This place is a joke. It is not even a real salon. First of all, it is a room in an old, dilapidated, musty smelling building. The elevator did not work. The facial she received was an absolute joke. I was waiting for about 25 min after the scheduled time, and she didn't even open the door to tell me she had another client, she just said from inside "just a second". (Which was 25min) Then there was no protection paper at the table, I may be a little bit picky, but if you are waxing sensitive areas, you would expect to be more hygienic. She seems to be a nice person, but I wouldn't recommend, nor come back. (But again I am a little picky, if you are not go for it)
