A place to meet your dream body. Not easy but you go to the gym to train not to complain. As you did not get the "darling donughts" in a day, don't expect to lose them in a day also. But thru sustained exercise and correct coaching, you will archive your dream. Best time to join is now, weather will be on your side. Plus they are open from 04:30, so there is no excuse for bad timing. Hard, medium or light, you need to start.
Mick the owner is so humble and down to earth such a nice way he explained everything about weight loss and that too at 5.00am in the morning. The whole team are Lovely. I will definitely extend my membership with them they made me feel welcome! Thanks Mick :)
I started my gym experience with Body Beyond 4 months ago. This gym is so welcoming and as a female being anxious going to the gym, I couldn’t feel more comfortable at this gym. My sister is just as comfortable going to the gym now with the help of body beyond limits. 100% recommend to start your journey with body beyond.
