First week at the bbl almost done and I’ve had a great time learning new skills and movements! Michelle is absolutely amazing. Her patience and helpful attitude has been wonderful!
We joined a month ago and really enjoy the classes and welcoming environment. Great space with all the equipment you could need. Family friendly kids area with lots to keep your little entertained.

A place to meet your dream body. Not easy but you go to the gym to train not to complain. As you did not get the "darling donughts" in a day, don't expect to lose them in a day also. But thru sustained exercise and correct coaching, you will archive your dream. Best time to join is now, weather will be on your side. Plus they are open from 04:30, so there is no excuse for bad timing. Hard, medium or light, you need to start.
