Great gym with all you need from body building to CrossFit and High intensity workouts. The place is immaculately clean and staff are great especially Sherrie, who has the warmest smile and so helpful with everything! It's a plus that's it's also part of fitness passport!
BBHC offers a great array of machines, cables, and free weights plus all the normal auxiliary equipment, a great gym to train at for aspiring Bodybuilders, weekend Warriors and Healthbuilders alike, friendly and helpful staff, 2 hours parking behind gym or 3 hours behind shops across the road, highly recommended gym for both men and women, give it a try, Challenge The Process and take your body Beyond…..Dave McLeod
Had my first workout today at this gym and wow. Super clean has a good rage of a machines but the thing that blew me away was has nice everyone was from reception and the guy in the supp section total champions !
