I love the hands on methods and thorough approach to healing that the therapists use at Body Basics. It's been very effective for me and I appreciate all they've done to help me stay healthy.

They do so much more with your body to figure out exactly what to work on instead of just throwing you on machines and making you do exercises that you can do at home and not have to pay for. Staff is super friendly. I suggest kim, Kathryn, and the rest of the staff to anyone needing therapy. I went back after seeing what I wasn't getting at another facility.
